Getting started

What is WeeOrg? WeeOrg is a private online home for your group. You create your own site at a name.weeorg.com address where your people gather, plan events, RSVP, share photos, post announcements, and collect dues or gifts — all in one place and off the public timeline.

Who is it for? Class and family reunions, fraternities and sororities, alumni associations, churches and teams, neighborhoods and HOAs, traveling professionals, single events like parties and weddings, and celebrations of life.

Do I need to be tech-savvy? No. A guided setup walks you through each section step by step — you fill in what you see, and a live preview shows what your members will see.

Do I have to download an app? No. WeeOrg works in your web browser, and you can add it to any device’s home screen for one-tap access without an app-store download.

Your site name

How do I pick my address? You choose a name when you create your site, like yourgroup.weeorg.com. That is the link you share with your people, so the name matters.

What if the name is taken? Names are first-come and must be unique, so we show you in real time whether a name is available and suggest alternatives if it is taken.

We’re a chapter of a larger organization — what should we name it? We recommend an organization-plus-chapter format, such as yourorg-056.weeorg.com, so no single chapter claims a whole organization’s name. We reserve well-known organization names to protect them.

Members and privacy

Is my group private? Yes. Each group is private by default and isolated from every other group. Members join by invitation and, where you choose, admin approval.

How do members sign in? Through a secure sign-in we provide, tied to each person’s identity, so posts are attributed to real members and you can remove one person without disrupting everyone.

Who can see our information? Only your group, according to your settings. WeeOrg does not sell your information.

Age

Is there an age requirement? Account holders must be 18 or older — the rule is about who holds an account, not who attends. Your group’s activities can absolutely involve minors; they take part through invite links, RSVP links, and view-only access rather than by creating their own accounts. If you add a minor’s name, photo, or contact information, you confirm you have permission from their parent or guardian, and a parent can ask us to remove a child’s information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Photos

Is there a photo size limit? Yes, to keep sites fast and reliable there is a size limit per photo, and a built-in tool resizes large photos before they upload.

Who owns the photos I post? You do. You give WeeOrg permission to display them within your group so the Services work.

Payments and pricing

How does paying work? Card payments are handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant processor; WeeOrg never stores your full card number. When your group collects dues or gifts, the money goes to your group’s own account — WeeOrg does not hold your group’s funds.

What are the plans? A Single Group plan for one group or event, and an Enterprise plan for organizations with multiple chapters. A local chapter can start on Single Group without waiting on a national office. Collecting dues, gifts, and shared costs is included in your plan — there is no separate per-payment charge from WeeOrg.

Do you charge a fee on the money we collect? No. Your dues and gifts settle to your group’s own account, and the ability to collect is part of your subscription. Standard processor fees on card payments still apply and are set by the processor, not by WeeOrg.

Can I get my site faster? Yes. Priority Launch delivers your site on an expedited timeline (as fast as 24 hours) for an added fee shown on your order form.

Are there any extra costs? Optional add-ons that come from outside providers — a custom domain, premium images, extra storage, or heavy email or text messaging — are billed separately as pass-through costs. Everything in your plan is covered by your subscription.

Can I cancel? Yes. You can cancel anytime, which stops future charges. For event sites, billing can stop at the event’s end date.

Terms

What am I agreeing to? When you create an account you accept our Terms and Privacy Policy, which you can read in full and which include how disputes are handled. You accept them by checking the box before you continue, and we keep a record of that acceptance.
