Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses WeeOrg™ and is part of the Terms. Group Administrators are responsible for their members’ compliance within their group.

3.1 Be who you say you are

Use your real, authenticated identity. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or post under someone else’s name.

3.2 Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Services to create, upload, or share content, or to engage in conduct, that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers children, or depicts minors in a sexual manner (we report as required by law);
• is sexual content involving any person without a lawful basis, or is obscene;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
• is hateful or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics;
• infringes intellectual property or misuses another party’s name, logo, crest, or brand without written authorization;
• discloses others’ private or personal information without permission (doxxing);
• is spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam, or impersonates a real organization, person, or record;
• contains malware, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, groups, or systems;
• scrapes, harvests, or bulk-collects data, or overloads or interferes with the Services;
• circumvents security, access controls, group isolation, or usage limits.

3.3 Groups, membership, and minors

Group Administrators must run lawful groups and obtain any consents needed for members’ data and images. Only adults (18 or older) may hold accounts; minors are not permitted to create accounts and participate only through invitation links, RSVP links, and view-only access. Before you upload or submit any information about a minor — including a name, photo, contact detail, or similar — you represent that you have permission from that minor’s parent or legal guardian, and you, not WeeOrg, are responsible for obtaining and keeping that permission.

3.4 Media and photos

Only upload media you have the right to share and that shows people who have consented where required. Respect file-size limits and moderation. Prohibited content above applies to all media.

3.5 Reporting and enforcement

You can report violations through the Services or to the contact below. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts or groups, and cooperate with authorities. We aim to act reasonably and, where appropriate, give notice, but we may act immediately to prevent harm or comply with law.

3.6 Removing a minor’s information

A parent or legal guardian, or a person acting on their behalf, may request removal of a child’s photo or information from a group site by emailing [email protected]. We act on valid requests promptly and may involve the relevant Group Administrator to complete the removal.
