Age Policy

WeeOrg™ is a service for adults. Account holders must be 18 or older, and only adults may create accounts or act as a Group Administrator. This age rule is about accounts, not attendance: a group’s activities may involve minors as participants, and minors may take part through invitation links, RSVP links, and view-only access without creating an account. An authorized adult may submit information about a minor (such as a roster, a photo, or a permission slip) only where that adult has permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and that adult remains responsible for the permission. Parents and guardians may have a child’s information removed at any time by emailing [email protected]. WeeOrg does not offer a separate product for children and does not knowingly allow children to create accounts.
